4 hours of coaching (1 hour per week or 2 30 minutes sessions per week) that has to be consumed within 6 months from the day of the payment
Reasonable access to the graphics team for 4 weeks that can start in a separate date to the coaching
Reasonable access to the website development team for 4 weeks that can start in a separate date to the coaching

Once the support started for each of the topics (coaching and GD+Dev) than the four weeks timer starts (with an option to get 2 extra weeks if needed).
