Contracts or Agreements?

Exactly what is agreed upon between you and your client? In the USA, there is a difference between a “contract” and an “agreement”, and those differences are different in each state. This lecture will focus in on things you should include in your agreement with your client, and how I handle the normal things and the unique things that come up for the variety of jobs I do. Understand the legal ramifications of having everything in writing vs. not having things in writing.
