For course buying deals:
Cancellation policy: contact Zivi in an email within 30 days of the day of the purchase (zivi@balloonartistcollege.com ).
Delivery process: the course is delivered through streaming technology only immediately after you purchase the course.
Warranty – we cannot guarantee results from our courses. You need to put in a lot of work in studying and practicing to get any results and they may differ completely from one person to another. So we do not supply any warranty on our courses. If the course is not delivered to you within a week we will refund your 100% of the money.
Privacy – see our privacy page (link below and on all of our pages). The privacy policy is an integral part of our terms and conditions.
For memberships:
Cancellation policy: contact Zivi in an email within 30 days of the day of the purchase (zivi@balloonartistcollege.com). Some rules apply to get the refund: notification on cancellation must be done in email format, prior to canceling the PayPal subscription.
Delivery process: Membership portal access is delivered through within 1day. Videos replays are served via streaming technology and sometimes via a live streaming too. Access to locked pages is included as well.

So we do not supply any warranty on our memberships. If the membership is not set up for you within a week we will refund your 100% of the money.
