01. Money back guarantee

The hassle free money back guarantee can be used on up to one month of memberships within 30 days from the day of the last charge, and on courses within 30 days of the day of the purchase. Just email zivi@balloonartistcollege.com

02. Intstructors, Replays and Results.

We try our best to insure the best instructors, getting you all the webinars captured for replays and helping you get results on your Balloon Artist Journey. However we are human too! Please be patient with us if some of our instructors need time off or if the replays are occasionally not available due to technical glitches during Beta. As for results – they rely fully on your investment of time and energy in learning and implementing what you learn.

03. Amount of courses we release in beta year 1.

During the creation of BAC we plan to create 5 paid courses by the end of school year 17-18. While this target is realistic, we cannot commit or make this target an abiding promise. During 2017 Jan till end of Jun – 4 courses were creaetd. We think we can do it and appreciate your support.

04. we are here to serve.

The Balloon Artist College team includes many people who care about you. Tell us if something is troubling you or if need help. We are here to serve you and help your business grow.

For course buying deals:

Cancellation policy: contact Zivi in an email within 30 days of the day of the purchase (zivi@balloonartistcollege.com ).

Delivery process: the course is delivered through streaming technology only immediately after you purchase the course.

Warranty – we cannot guarantee results from our courses. You need to put in a lot of work in studying and practicing to get any results and they may differ completely from one person to another. So we do not supply any warranty on our courses. If the course is not delivered to you within a week we will refund your 100% of the money.

Privacy – see our privacy page (link below and on all of our pages). The privacy policy is an integral part of our terms and conditions.

For memberships:

Cancellation policy: contact Zivi in an email within 30 days of the day of the purchase (zivi@balloonartistcollege.com). Some rules apply to get the refund: notification on cancellation must be done in email format, prior to canceling the PayPal subscription.

Delivery process: Membership portal access is delivered through within 1day. Videos replays are served via streaming technology and sometimes via a live streaming too. Access to locked pages is included as well.
